Introduction
Welcome to the Public Service Innovation Centre (PSIC), a non-profit organization that commenced operation in 2024. PSIC is dedicated to promoting dialogue and collaboration among citizens, policymakers, and experts to create innovative solutions for our nation’s most pressing issues.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create a more informed, engaged, and empowered society where diverse perspectives are valued and contribute to the development of effective public policies. We believe that by fostering open and constructive dialogue, we can bridge the gap between citizens and policymakers and create a more inclusive and equitable society.
Our Mission
Our mission is to facilitate conversations that lead to actionable solutions for our nation’s most challenging problems. We believe that when citizens are informed, engaged, and empowered to participate in the policymaking process, we can create policies that better reflect the needs and values of our society.
Our Objectives
- To provide a platform for citizens, policymakers, and experts to engage in dialogue and collaboration on key policy issues.
- To conduct research and analysis to inform policymaking and promote evidence-based solutions.
- To advocate for policies that promote inclusivity, equity, and social justice.
- To empower citizens to participate in the policymaking process and hold policymakers accountable.
Our Programs
National Conversation Series
We host a series of events, workshops, and online forums where citizens, policymakers, and experts can engage in constructive dialogue on key policy issues
Research and Advocacy
We conduct research and advocacy on a wide range of policy topics to inform our efforts and provide policymakers with evidence-based solutions in the forms of policy briefs, reports, and strategic partnerships. Our goal is to influence policy reforms through the dissemination of research findings and the promotion of evidence-based solutions.
Public-Private Partnership
PSIC forms Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Platforms to respond to suggestions and innovations related to new policy initiatives or reforms highlighted by participants of our National Conversation Series or Forums. We strive to create a collaborative environment where stakeholders can work together to address key policy issues and promote effective policy reforms.
Civic Engagement and Empowerment
We provide resources and tools to empower citizens to engage in the policymaking process, including advocacy training, voter education, and grassroots organizing.
Special Events
PSIC organizes campaigns, events, and award ceremonies to highlight the roles, contributions, and achievements of stakeholders involved in policy-making processes. We collaborate with local, regional, and international bodies to launch high-impact events on an annual basis.
Our Organizational Structure
PSIC is led by a Board of Directors comprised of experts from various fields, including academia, government, and civil society. Our staff includes dedicated professionals with backgrounds in policy analysis, advocacy, communications, and research. We also collaborate with a network of partners, including universities, think tanks, and community organizations, to broaden our impact and reach.
